How to order at egon-shop.com?
1. Choose which kind of product family that you're interested in, by clicking "Bags" or "Objects".
2. Click on the photo/name of the product. After that, the page will redirect you to a more detailed photograph, description, and price.
3. Add to bag! ♫ ♫ ♫
4. If you have finished your shopping, click "Check Out" - then fill your address in detail on the next page.
5. Choose your preferred shipping and payment method - on the next few pages, you will see your order ID, where to transfer,
and the amount of your order.
6. After you do the payment, don't forget to do the payment confirmation! Log in straight to your account, then go to "My Account" --> "Confirm Payment", fill in the blanks then you're done!
What payment method is accepted?
Bank transfer (domestic orders, Indonesia only) and Paypal (international orders)
For domestic orders, we only accept payment to BNI 0711005309 a/n Titi Trisnaharti
BCA 6640591097 a/n Hanifia Rahmadiani
Due to regulations, payment with Paypal will require an extra fee (already calculated at checkout).

I accidentally broke my piece, can you help me repair it?
Sure! ♡ But first, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order numbers, issues, and pictures of the item. We’ll see what we can do!
I just received my order, and it is damaged – what should I do?
That’s not good! But you can contact us at email@example.com with your issues and order numbers, then we will help you. But unfortunately, we will not be able to responsible for damaged that is caused by the shipping agency.

We are based in Jakarta, Indonesia ✧✧
When will I receive my order?
All orders are going to be shipped in 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed – but some of our handmade items may take up to 3 – 7 days.
For Indonesian orders, your goods will arrive in 1 – 4 business days after that, depending on your chosen delivery service.
For International orders, your goods will arrive in 7 - 14 business days after the said process! Also, import duties and taxes may apply.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping agent or local customs.

How do I track my order?
Go to the tab "Account" --> "Orders" --> Choose your reference order id --> You will find your tracking number on the carrier column! ☾
